Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms are between you and MYCLEANTEAM LTD, trading as “Opso”, company no. [COMPANY_NO] (“we”), and govern your use of Opso. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Opso is software for cleaning businesses (quoting, scheduling, job and margin visibility). Opso is a for-business tool; you confirm you use it for business purposes.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must give accurate signup information.
Plans and payment
Plans: Free (£0), Starter (£49/mo), Pro (£129/mo), Enterprise (custom — contact us). New accounts get a one-month free trial of Pro (first 50 signups); at trial end, without a paid subscription, the account moves to the Free plan. Paid plans are billed via Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data and ours
You retain ownership of the business content you put into Opso; you grant us the licence needed to host and provide the service. We retain all rights in the Opso software and brand. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
Availability and liability
Opso is provided “as is” and “as available”; we don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Opso and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
