About OPSO

We are on a mission to empower cleaning business owners with the smartest tools in the industry.

Our Vision

To be the software UK cleaning businesses run on — complexity replaced by automated, data-driven simplicity.

Our Values

Precision, transparency, and relentless innovation. We believe every cleaner and business owner deserves a platform that works as hard as they do.

Why Us?

Unlike generic CRM tools, Opso was architected specifically for the nuances of cleaning services — from recurring schedules to location-based job tracking.

The Opso Story: Built from 778 Real Cleans

We didn't design Opso in a boardroom or an abstract software lab. Opso was born from 13 months of daily commercial operations running MyCleanTeam, an active commercial and domestic cleaning service in the United Kingdom.

Over 778 real cleans across offices, clinics, retail shops, and communal residential blocks, we experienced every operational headache firsthand:

  • Cleaners calling in sick at 6:30 AM with no instant overview of who could cover nearby geographic rounds.
  • Commercial clients quietly requesting additional tasks and extra rooms that eroded contract margins month after month.
  • Legacy software vendors charging an extra £35 per month every time we onboarded another part-time cleaner.
  • End-of-month wage calculations requiring hours of painful spreadsheet reconciliation across travel allowances, keys, and variable pay bands.
  • Struggling to track the real impact of National Living Wage rises and 12.07% variable holiday accruals on existing client contracts.

We searched for dedicated operations software built specifically for UK cleaning firms and found nothing suitable. Existing field service tools were either designed for American HVAC contractors and emergency plumbers, or priced with predatory per-seat tiers that punished hiring.

We built Opso to give cleaning business owners complete transparency over their margins, predictable flat pricing that stays stable, and software grounded in UK operational realities. When you use Opso, you are using a platform architected by operators who know what it feels like to clean a site when staff don't show up, and what it takes to build a sustainable, profitable business.
